Terms & Conditions

At Precision Laser, it is our mission to provide each and every one of our clients with an extraordinary experience paired with the highest level of quality customer service. In order to maintain this service and for the protection of our clients and practitioners, we have the current policies in place. Our treatments are by appointment only. Upon booking with Precision Laser you will be required to sign and agree to the terms below.

A credit/debit card will be required upon booking to hold an appointment.

Appointments

Appointments can be made through email or by calling our office during working hours. Please note, a credit card is required to book an appointment.

Privacy

Precision Laser believes that every client has a right to confidentiality and privacy. We follow all HIPPA guidelines. Any discussions between the client and our practitioners will remain confidential. In addition, any personal information shared with us will not be released to any third-parties. In order to best accommodate our clients, Precision Laser does collect and use certain personal information. This may include the client’s name, email address, phone number, and credit card details. We use this information to process appointments, complete transactions, improve our services, and send promotional materials. Credit card details are collected as a safety procedure for any failure to comply to our 24hr cancellation policy. Charges will only be made in the case of cancellations, tardiness, and no shows. Clients are expected to pay in person at the time of their provided service. We value our clients’ confidentiality and privacy. Our clients’ nonpublic information will always remain highly secured with access only available to management.

Cancellations

Precision Laser has a 24 hour policy. We understand that plans may suddenly change and schedule adjustments are sometimes unavoidable. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to a scheduled appointment. Changes within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment. If you currently have a bundle package or were scheduled for a consultation only, the charge will be $25. The charge will be made to the credit card on file the day of the scheduled treatment.

If a client attempts to call the office but is unable to get through, the client will still be responsible for leaving a voicemail or sending an email so that Precision Laser has a message along with a time stamp of when the change was requested. If the time stamp and message was not marked as before 24 hours of the scheduled service or if no voicemail or email exists at all, the policy will still apply.

Appointment reminders are promptly sent via email and text by our automated system 48 hours before an appointment. Any cancellations, rescheduling, or appointment changes must be done before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time in order to avoid possible penalties. Changes to an existing appointment must be done so by calling or emailing. Please do not respond to the automated reminders.

Please note that the reminder messages are a courtesy service, that each client is responsible for keeping their own appointment, regardless of whether or not a message is received. Clients who have accumulated multiple cancellations/no-shows- whether within 24 hours or otherwise – may no longer be allowed to make any further appointments.

Tardiness

It is recommended that all guests arrive  10 minutes prior to their appointments. If you are expecting to be late for any reason, please call as soon as possible. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.

No Shows

Precision Laser reserves the right to charge 50% of the intended service, as a “No Show” fee, for any guest who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice or cancels/reschedules an appointment within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. Our practitioners are compensated for their time and the establishment has reserved this spot just for you.

We understand schedules change and some things occur that are out of your control, in certain circumstances exceptions will be considered. We greatly appreciate your understanding and look forward to treating you.
